We seek an experienced CPA specializing in individual and business taxation and financial reporting. As part of our dynamic team, you will be key in analyzing various companies financial data.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive tax and financial analysis for individuals and businesses.

- Prepare and review business and individual tax returns for U.S. Federal, California, and several other states.

- Collaborate closely with clients and their teams to provide meaningful, accurate, and timely financial information.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry changes and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

- CPA certification.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

- Experience with Ultra Tax preparation and Quick Books accounting software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Taxation.
