The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily be responsible for the ownership of the hiring process per vertical and the implementation of various recruitment strategies to ensure the timely completion of the client's hiring requirements. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for and will serve as point of contact for recruitment operations and is tasked to liaise and address the needs of the clients.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Establishes initial contact with the hiring manager and provides information regarding the recruitment process while settling the job profile/s required by the hiring manager
- Addresses the requests / inquiries of hiring manager/s in a timely manner
- Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment in terms of profile
- Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
- Performs other initiatives that can further solidify stakeholder relationship
- Provides timely update of corresponding trackers to reflect the hiring status
- This role is an individual contributor unless given delegation by his supervisor or manager
- Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open tracks including conducting job interviews and placement
- Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
- Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
- Conducts Job Offer and submit contract generation request to HR
- Facilitates other client-specific tests / processes
- Establishes guidelines and recruitment process flow for consistency
- Determines Service Level Agreements in terms of hiring turnaround time per position / project
- Reviews / implements / manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
- Maintains spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports
- Provides regular updates to stakeholders
- Utilizes the data gathered / reports generated to establish recommendations to improve the process
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors
