About the Role :
We're looking for a Senior TA Specialist to lead hiring for our Marketing and Business Development teams. You'll be a key partner to our marketing leaders, helping them build teams that drive real business results.
Responsibilities:
- Find and recruit marketing, business development, livestreamers talent through job boards (jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc), networking, and industry events
- Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offer
- Assist hiring managers on interviewing and selecting the best marketing talent
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Track hiring metrics and improve our recruitment process
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Experience hiring for marketing, digital, or business development roles
- Success hiring portfolio-driven roles and understanding marketing results
- Good with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting KOL/influencer managers or business development roles
- Knowledge of beauty industry, trends is advantage
- Background working with digital agencies, startups, or consumer brands
