Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
In this job you will
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Philippines-based roles from intake to offer; provide regional support on select multi-country requisitions across APAC (excluding India).
- Champion Workday Recruiting usage and data accuracy; keep pipelines and reports current.
- Influence hiring decisions and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
- Deliver outstanding candidate experience; lead offer negotiations and closing.
- Ensure compliance with Philippines hiring and data privacy requirements; when supporting regional requisitions, adapt to local rules in covered APAC markets (excluding India).
- Use funnel and time-to-fill metrics to spot bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
About The Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including Philippines and broader APAC exposure.
- Advanced user of Workday Recruiting and recruitment tech; strong data integrity discipline.
- Expert candidate assessment and pipeline management across functions and levels.
- High-impact stakeholder influence and clear cross-cultural communication.
- Working knowledge of country-specific hiring regulations and data privacy standards.
- Champion of DEI with a track record of inclusive hiring practices.
