1. Talent Acquisition & Engagement
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and specialized positions.
- Identify and engage top talent through strategic outreach, professional networks, and market mapping.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with potential candidates, assess fit, and advise on strategic hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future needs.
2. Strategic Relationship Management
- Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to understand organizational priorities.
- Support business growth by identifying potential talent solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Act as a key advisor to hiring teams on market trends and talent availability.
3. Market & Industry Insight
- Monitor industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and evolving talent markets.
- Provide actionable insights to inform workforce planning and talent strategies.
4. Mentorship & Collaboration
- Share best practices and mentor junior talent acquisition team members.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help elevate overall team performance.
5. Reporting & Metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in internal systems.
- Provide insights on talent pipelines and outcomes to support strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level or specialized talent acquisition (end-to-end recruitment).
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights based on market data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
