Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for designing and executing candidate attraction & recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives as well as design, implement employer branding initiatives, and create compelling content to attract top talent.

This role partners closely with business leaders, People & Culture teams and external vendors to deliver right Quality of Talents, and Experience of Candidates and Hiring Managers while ensuring Efficiency of Talent Acquisition Infrastructure.

Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Build and implement Market/Cluster/Function TA Strategy in line with Regional & Global TA strategy and action plans in line with the Market Talent Strategy for Director & below roles (including early career).
  • Accountable for market/cluster/function Employer Brand Marketing and Recruitment Marketing strategy and working in partnership with Global Candidate Attraction team on action plans for respective Market/Cluster/Function.
  • Design and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company values as well as creating compelling content for career platforms and social media to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to the Regional and Global TA strategy building & action plans, by bringing in talent pool insights, sourcing strategies and market/cluster/function perspectives

Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • Ensure implementation of global ways of working (enabled with the technologies) towards delivery of hiring needs and monitor performance in line with agreed KPIs
  • Execute the TA strategy to meet the business needs by translating it into a tactical TA plan including TA Delivery, Global Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding & Early Careers
  • In collaboration with central Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing and Early Careers teams, ensure delivery of planned initiatives and explore new initiatives to strengthen our position as Employer of Choice
  • Ensure Local 1st day onboarding activities deployment at a market/ cluster level following the global guidelines
  • Manage the operational TA plan. Lead the operational delivery of market /cluster/function or GTA global projects. Drive Direct Sourcing in teams in line with Global GTA priorities. Create a structured project plan to address the functional or local needs.

Partnership

  • Partner with local People & Culture, Finance and the business and build relationships with key stakeholders to work together and drive the TA agenda and remain aligned on the overall strategy
  • Partner with Global TA central teams i.e., Candidate Acquisition, People Lifecycle Experience and Central Function & Early Career to deliver on the Market/Cluster/Function TA Delivery plans
  • Periodic communication to People & Culture Directors in Market/Cluster/Function sharing progress on the hiring needs and progress across different KPIs measuring Quality, Experience, and Efficiency

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in human resources/ business-related field / management or any other relevant fields
  • 10+ years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
  • Proven track record in driving Employer Branding and Early Careers initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; working closely with Business/People & Culture leaders and hiring managers in Market/Cluster.
  • Strong data and analytics experience to drive change, performance and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comprehend business challenges /market specifics and effectively propose solutions & interventions
