Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite | 2 Days WFH)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Basic Salary: PHP 45,000
Allowances: PHP 5,000 (Performance-based)

Important Requirement
Must have B2B Account Management experience (MANDATORY)
Profiles without Account Management experience will NOT be considered
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
At least 12 years of B2B Account Management experience
Experience handling client relationships in a B2B environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow B2B client accounts
Drive product adoption and encourage use of new features
Identify churn risks and implement retention strategies
Conduct regular business reviews (quarterly/annual)
Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer success
Align customers with tools and resources to maximize platform value
