Job Description

Job title: Sr. Support Engineer (IT Support)
Account: Support and Leadership
Work set up: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)
Work shift: Onsite
Salary: Up to 34K package
Start date: ASAP
Shifting: Rotational Shift
Site Assignment: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Non-Negotiable:
*1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local IT support
*Average to good communications skills
*Must not a former employee of Wipro
*Must not be a job hopper

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assists end-users in the Tower whose requests are documented by a ticket raised in WiServe Portal.
2. Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
3. Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
4. Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
5. Replies or updates email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the businesses.
6. Maintains the compliance of our IT assets to the standard security postures set by the organization.
