The Senior Supply Planning Manager is accountable for shaping and executing integrated supply plans that support brand growth and operational stability. This role ensures supply availability through robust planning, inventory optimization, and proactive risk management. The position requires strong leadership across multiple functions, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to guide teams in delivering reliable, cost‑efficient supply outcomes.
Core Accountabilities
- Act as the main point of coordination between the Brand and logistics organization to ensure seamless alignment of supply priorities.
- Direct the formulation and execution of medium‑ to long‑range supply plans for brand‑specific products.
- Lead S&OP and execution‑level planning cycles, including capacity review, alignment discussions, and leadership updates.
- Maintain accuracy and execution discipline of supply plans through advanced planning platforms and systems.
- Anticipate and address supply risks by developing scenarios and contingency strategies related to demand shifts, capacity constraints, and disruptions.
- Improve inventory performance and working capital through effective policy governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Procurement, Commissaries, Logistics teams, and Business Units to support new launches and portfolio changes.
- Track service levels, inventory health, and supply performance, escalating risks and driving timely corrective actions.
- Establish trusted partnerships with Brand stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery against agreed service commitments.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing supply planning team while reinforcing safety, quality, and organizational values.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a supply planning, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective supply planning strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
- Must be amenable to working on a hybrid work setup in Bicutan, Paranaque.
