The opportunity
Own our end-to-end inventory operations. Lead the selection and implementation of an Inventory Management System (IMS) such as Cin7 Core, Unleashed or Katana. Build clean processes across DTC, wholesale, 3PL and EDI.
What you will do
Select, configure and launch our IMS across products, BOMs, bundles, batch and expiry, purchase orders and manufacturing or kitting
Integrate Shopify, 3PL and accounting, and establish EDI pathways for API, TerryWhite and future retailers
Create reorder points and safety stock logic that reflects lead times, MOQ and constraints
Own S&OP cadence including weekly demand reviews and monthly supply commits
Set up barcode, GS1 and SSCC label workflows and ASN compliance for retailers
Manage new product introductions and end of life to avoid excess and write offs
Drive continuous improvement across pick pack accuracy, receiving, cycle counts and inventory health
Produce clear dashboards and reports that inform marketing, sales and finance
Manage and mentor the operations assistant team members as we transition from manual processes
What success looks like in 90 days
IMS selected and implementation plan agreed with stakeholders
Core data cleansed and migrated including products, variants, suppliers, customers and opening balances
Shopify and 3PL integrations live for at least one warehouse
First cut forecasting model in place with agreed assumptions and a simple S&OP rhythm
Initial KPIs baselined and a roadmap for improvement approved
KPIs you will own
Forecast accuracy at SKU and channel level
Inventory turns and ageing
Order cycle time and fulfilment accuracy
You will bring
Proven experience implementing and running an IMS in a product brand environment
Hands on knowledge of one or more of Cin7 Core, Unleashed or Katana
Strong Shopify and 3PL integration experience
EDI familiarity including ASN flows and retailer compliance
Demand and supply planning skills with practical forecasting approaches
Excellent Excel or Google Sheets capability, basic SQL or Looker Studio a plus
Background in skincare, beauty, FMCG or similar regulated categories is highly regarded
Clear communicator who can document SOPs and train teams
