Your impact
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead structural engineering design activities across a diverse portfolio of projects for Advanced Facilities.
As a senior member of the team, you will work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers and designers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth while driving technical excellence and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering design and design review activities for a wide range of projects.
- Develop structural engineering calculations, analyses, and technical deliverables.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute engineering work with minimal supervision.
- Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate engineers and designers.
- Perform and verify structural design calculations and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple client relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture and promote health, safety, and wellness across all project activities.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
- Extensive experience in structural design and engineering consulting.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor engineers.
- Strong experience in structural analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews.
- With Revit skills
