Job Description:

Drive end-to-end success of Shopee's key commercial projects from business case development to pilot execution and scale-up
Projects include the development of new business initiatives and productivity improvement initiatives to deliver topline growth, improved buyer experience and cost savings
Understand marketing, business development and other commercial key objectives and critical success levers, and continuously optimise strategies, reporting and planning processes
Align strategy, secure stakeholder buy-in and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects in a timely manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other relevant quantitative or business-related discipline
Demonstrate ability to think critically and solve complex, ambiguous problems, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong ownership and follow‑through
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to explain insights and decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
At least 3 years of total work experience, in project management, strategy, or e‑commerce related roles
Experience/proficiency in developing AI agents/AI tools is a plus
Ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
