Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely completion
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and prepare explanations
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
