As the Senior Specialist Product Manager for MarTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value by owning and scaling marketing technology capabilities across our consumer ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of customer data, growth strategy, experimentation, and technology, and requires a strong analytical, customercentric, and valuebased mindset.

You will be responsible for innovating, incubating, and scaling MarTech platforms and capabilities that transform customer signals, behavioral data, and campaign insights into personalized, timely, and measurable customer interactions across owned and paid channels. Working closely with Marketing, Growth, Data, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams, you will ensure MarTech becomes a core CLV and growth enabler for Maya.

NATURE OF WORK

In this role, you will primarily set and own the vision, execution, and management of MarTech products, with accountability across the full customer lifecycle.

MarTech Product Strategy & Management

  • Formulate, align on, and execute a clear vision and strategy for MarTech platforms aligned with overall consumer growth, lifecycle, and revenue objectives
  • Translate marketing and growth strategies into scalable product capabilities that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation use cases
  • Identify and prioritize highimpact opportunities across the customer lifecycle using data, experimentation, and stakeholder input
  • Establish and track clear KPIs tied to growth efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value

Product Analytics, Insights & Experimentation

  • Analyze customer behavior, transaction data, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities that influence engagement and loyalty
  • Apply experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing, lift analysis) to optimize journeys, messaging, timing, and channels
  • Drive funnel and cohort analysis to continuously improve activation, engagement, and retention outcomes
  • Use dashboards and data visualization to communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders

MarTech Platform Ownership

  • Own endtoend product management of MarTech platforms (e.g., customer engagement, attribution, experimentation, analytics tools such as CleverTap, Appsflyer, and equivalents)
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to manage integrations, APIs, event instrumentation, and data pipelines across mobile, web, and backend systems
  • Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, costefficient, and secure by design
  • Evaluate, onboard, and optimize thirdparty MarTech vendors to support evolving business needs

Customer Engagement, Personalization & Attribution

  • Enable datadriven segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration across channels (push, inapp, email, SMS, paid media, etc.)
  • Leverage attribution, funnel, and cohort analysis to measure campaign impact and optimize marketing spend
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing, Growth, and Leadership teams

CrossFunctional & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as the primary product partner for Marketing, Growth, CRM, and Performance teams
  • Collaborate with Design on campaign experiences, templates, and UX best practices
  • Align with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure data privacy, consent management, and regulatory adherence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 58+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or MarTechrelated roles
  • Proven experience working with MarTech platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Appsflyer, or equivalents)
  • Strong background in data analysis, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams in agile environments
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Passion for building scalable platforms that drive measurable customer and business impact
