As a Senior Specialist Financial Services Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping worldclass banking and financial services products that are deeply grounded in customer needs and realworld use cases. NATURE OF WORK
In this role, you will set and own the vision, execution, and lifecycle management of key Financial Services product initiatives.
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Act as the subject matter expert and product evangelist for Maya's banking and financial services productsinternally and externally
- Translate customer needs, pain points, and data insights into clear value propositions, product strategies, and roadmap priorities
- Balance shortterm delivery with longterm platform and capability roadmaps, ensuring sustainable scale
- Define, align, and track product success metrics and KPIs that matter to customers and the business
Execution & CrossFunctional Leadership
- Drive initiatives endtoendfrom concept to launch to iterationowning roadmaps, prioritization, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Collaborate closely with Business, Portfolio, Operations, Finance, UX, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while reducing operational and regulatory risk
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and execution
Insights, Experimentation & Iteration
- Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate ideas, derisk solutions, and continuously improve experiences
- Run structured experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to test assumptions, optimize flows, and accelerate learning
- Ruthlessly prioritizebreaking down big ideas into highimpact, bitesized deliverables that move the needle
Market & Industry Orientation
- Stay ahead of developments in banking, financial services, and emerging technologies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 46 years of product management experience in digital banking, fintech, financial services, or leading technology companies
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services products and emerging financial technologies
- Handson experience scaling digital products and articulating what worldclass looks like
- Proven ability to deliver products that customers love and the business values
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problemsolving skills
