Minimum of 3.0 / Meets rating in last Performance Review
Qualifications
Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2 - 3 years experience in US Payroll, preferred
FPC Certification, a plus
Experience with large employer/multi-state payroll process, required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
High level of customer service, great communication skills, required
Knowledge of Workday, ADP, preferred
Experience in ServiceNow ticket handling, preferred

Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
