Job Description

Accountabilities

  • Demonstrates Knowledge of US payroll laws and practices
  • Interprets policy and documents payroll process
  • Manages payroll cycles and all associated process and audits
  • Provides payroll consultation
  • Interfaces with payroll vendor and monitors/manages vendors delivery on service level agreements
  • Defines and maintains standard operating procedures for all payroll processes
  • Resolves complex employee inquiries regarding pay, tax, and associated payroll processes

Internal Qualifications

  • With US Payroll experience, required
  • Minimum 1 year in current role
  • Currently a B4/P1/P2
  • Minimum of 3.0 / Meets rating in last Performance Review

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 2 - 3 years experience in US Payroll, preferred
  • FPC Certification, a plus
  • Experience with large employer/multi-state payroll process, required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • High level of customer service, great communication skills, required
  • Knowledge of Workday, ADP, preferred
  • Experience in ServiceNow ticket handling, preferred

  • Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
