We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Information Security Specialist who will serve as the
Project Lead for key Information Security initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in
Information Security, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Project Management.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional security projects, oversee compliance frameworks, and drive security initiatives aligned with global standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Information Security and compliance projects.
- Serve as the Project Lead for security initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of security frameworks and controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and international standards.
- Engage with international stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams to align security requirements and expectations.
- Support audit and certification activities (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC, or similar frameworks).
- Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in Information Security.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience within Information Security.
- Strong background in Information Security, Compliance, or IT/Cybersecurity operations.
- Experience working with international or global organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- PMP and/or CISSP certification is a plus.
- Project management experience is essential, as this role will function as a Project Lead.
