Location: Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati & West Gallery, BGC, Taguig
In this full-time role, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and service.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff supervision
- Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items that align with the company's culinary vision
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies and ingredients
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of food preparation techniques, presentation, and flavour profiles
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality food and providing exceptional customer service
