Your Role:
As a
Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will:
- Execute various lead-generating activities and innovative referral programs to fulfill open requirements.
- Proactively pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with client workforce plans.
- Monitor applications across all sourcing channels and collaborate with Recruitment Operations to ensure all leads are accounted for.
- Develop detailed project plan documentation and submit post-implementation evaluation reports to stakeholders.
- Prepare end-of-day, week-on-week, and channel analysis reports to track performance and referral incentives.
- Attend recruiter calibration sessions at least once a week to ensure total alignment with client requirements.
- Represent the Talent Acquisition Team in New Hire Orientations to promote internal referral programs.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace by reporting hazards and completing all necessary compliance training.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Bacheloru0027s degree in any field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating data-driven slides and reports.
- Internet-savvy skills with the ability to perform advanced Google searches.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and project management ability
Preferred skills/expertise- Experience in recruitment or RPO market research is a significant plus.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and peers.
- Excellence in service delivery and maintaining quality under time pressure.
- Curious and Passionate mindset, with a drive for continuous learning and excellence.
