Job description:
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer Data Center to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data center solutions. The role requires strong expertise in IT networking and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience working with leading technology vendors and customer-facing engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead project implementation including planning, site surveys, configuration, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and support
- Act as technical lead during customer engagements and project delivery
- Create and present technical documentation and solution designs to customers
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
- Continuously enhance technical expertise through training, certifications, and product specialization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 34 years of experience in IT networking and/or cybersecurity
- Data center background or experience in a related industry is a plus
- Proficient in at least two (2) of the following vendors: Cisco/Nutanix/HPE/Huawei
Certifications & Training
- Training from at least two (2) principal vendors listed above
- Professional-level certification from at least one (1) principal vendor
