Senior Software Tester (Advanced Level)

We are looking for a highly experienced software tester with strong theoretical foundation and deep hands-on expertise in testing web applications, mobile apps, and complex software systems.

This is a senior, execution-focused role.

It is not a people-management position.

However, you are expected to take ownership of test direction, set standards, and guide quality efforts through competence and structure.

Are highly experienced in structured software testing

Are ISTQB certified with strong theoretical understanding

Communicate clearly and confidently in remote collaboration

Are proactive and take responsibility

Know how to drive quality without waiting for instructions

You are not just executing test cases.

You understand quality strategy and how to make systems robust.

Required Experience

Azure DevOps

UI testing

API testing (Postman, SoapUI or similar)

Writing and maintaining test cases, decision tables and structured documentation

Testing web applications, apps, and integrated systems

Preferred:

Selenium or experience with automated testing

Experience setting up or improving automated test structures

Experience working in international or distributed teams

Your Role

Design and maintain structured test strategies

Improve QA standards and documentation

Identify gaps and proactively suggest improvements

Support both manual and automation efforts

Ensure high-quality delivery across teams

You lead through expertise not hierarchy.
