Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

What You'll Do

• Testing Lifecycle: Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test strategies across manual and automated testing.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and resolve defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• API & SQL Testing: Perform API testing (Postman, Swagger) and validate data integrity using SQL.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure high-quality releases.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in QA processes and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven relevant years of experience in QA testing with strong knowledge of the Testing Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Technical Skills:
• Azure DevOps (ADO) for CI/CD and test management.
• API Testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
• SQL proficiency for database validation.
• Automation experience with tools/frameworks (Selenium, Java/TypeScript, JBehave etc).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
