Job Description

Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for mobile, web, and backend applications.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to ensure product quality.
Test mobile applications on various devices and operating systems (iOS, Android).
Conduct web testing, including UI/UX validation and cross-browser compatibility testing.
Execute backend testing, including API testing and database validation.
Identify, document, and report defects with clear and actionable descriptions.
Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning and scrum meetings to ensure requirements are testable and met.
Work with QA tools like Postman, JIRA, and test management platforms.
Support release testing in SIT and UAT environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing inputs on test coverage and risks.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in manual testing for mobile, web, and backend applications.
Proven ability to lead testing efforts, mentor team members, and contribute to QA strategies.
Test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
Web testing, including cross-browser and responsive design testing.
Backend testing with API tools such as Postman or Swagger.
SQL basics for data validation and backend testing.
Bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and collaboration tools (Confluence, Trello).
Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes.
Automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Katalon (optional).
