Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD automation to design, build, and scale our platform. In this role, you will focus on designing and building scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure while improving deployment processes, automation, and platform reliability. Experience in performance engineering is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design & Provisioning: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Containerization & Orchestration: Manage, optimize, and scale containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker across development, staging, and production environments.

CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and enhance robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployments, increase automation, and accelerate developer velocity.

Platform Reliability & Security: Drive system reliability, uptime, and security best practices across all platform components, implementing proactively monitored and resilient systems.

Developer Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine infrastructure deployment workflows, documentation, and tooling to reduce friction for internal engineering teams.

Performance Engineering & Optimization (Bonus Focus): Partner with engineering teams to identify infrastructure bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and enable efficient, scalable performance testing.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Performance Engineering, with strong problem-solving and system design skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, with expertise in building scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure automation, and building self-service platforms/tooling for engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, observability, and performance engineering; hands-on performance/load testing experience is a strong plus.
