As a Senior Engineer, you'll help build the products our customers and partners interact with long after they create an account. From our client portal and trading platforms to partner systems, mobile experiences, and communication tools, you'll be solving real product problems that directly impact customer retention and business growth.
This isn't a role where you'll be confined to one layer of the stack. You'll move between backend services and frontend experiences, working alongside product, design, and engineering to build software that's secure, scalable, and genuinely enjoyable to use. You'll also help raise the technical bar across the team, mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions while still staying hands-on with code.
Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday, where collaboration happens best.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Engage squad, where you'll build and improve the products that shape the customer experience after onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you'll work across the full stack to deliver secure, high-quality software powering our client portal, trading platforms, communication channels, retention initiatives, and partner ecosystem.
You'll take ownership of features from concept to production, collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers, and contribute to the technical direction of the squad. If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems, care deeply about software quality, and naturally think about what happens after your code goes live, you'll fit right in.
How You'll Make an ImpactProduct Development & Feature Ownership
- Own features from technical design through deployment and ongoing improvements.
- Build and enhance customer-facing products across the client portal, trading platforms, retention experiences, communication tools, and partner ecosystem.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions across both backend services and React-based frontend applications.
- Take responsibility for the long-term success of what you ship, not just getting it merged.
Engineering Excellence
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that stands the test of time.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance, reliability, scalability, and quality issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term platform growth.
- Champion secure coding practices, quality engineering, and modern development standards.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
- Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in thoughtful code reviews that raise the engineering standards across the squad.
- Mentor and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Skills and Experiences:
Who We're Hoping to Find
- Strong full-stack development experience with backend technologies, ideally .NET, alongside React frontend development.
- Proven experience building and shipping production software used by real customers.
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices, quality engineering, DevSecOps principles, and AWS infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical quality and business outcomes.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable software architectures.
- Comfortable taking ownership of features from planning through production support.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
