We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Social Media Manager with at least 8 years of proven expertise in managing and growing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, excels in content creation, and leverages data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee and guide content creation (posts, captions, blogs, scripts) ensuring brand voice consistency and audience engagement.
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor social trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Engage and nurture online communities, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and comments.
  • Track, analyze, and present performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to deliver integrated, brand-consistent campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to keep the brand digitally innovative.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing corporate or agency social media accounts.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Advanced knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and their analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
