ICONS of Real Estate is the #1 real estate podcast network, and we are looking for relentless Appointment Setters in the Philippines to dominate the US market. We provide the leads and the trainingyou provide the grit.

You will be calling US-based real estate professionals to book appointments for our sales reps to sell elite podcast production services.

THE SCHEDULE (EST Timezone)

• 7:30 AM 8:00 AM: Intensive Dialing Training (Every day)
• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM: Live Dialing & Appointment Setting

THE PAYOUT (Performance-Based) We reward results, not just hours.

• Base Pay: $500 per month
• Medium Performer: $1,000+ per month
• High Performer: $1,500+ per month
• Low Performer: FIRED. We only keep the best.
