About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on development experience in building, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in scripting, workflows, and platform configuration to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Work Shift: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Gather requirements, identify system gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Test updates and support users during UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; manage user requests per SLAs.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and users to resolve issues and suggest solutions.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow trends and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience (at least one full-cycle project)
- Strong hands-on experience with Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Actions/Scripts, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, and Workflows
- Proficient in API/web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, ITSM processes, LDAP, and MS Active Directory
- Solid understanding of SDLC and ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and client relationship management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
- ITIL v3 and ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Leadership or people management experience is an advantage
