Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant - Finance Transformation
Location: Hybrid McKinley, Taguig (3 days onsite/week), Makati-based candidates are welcome.
Work Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift
Salary: Up to PHP 150,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant to support large-scale SAP finance transformation initiatives. The role involves end-to-end participation across scoping, design, implementation, and post-go-live phases, working closely with global business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support scoping and framing of SAP FICO transformation initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and system optimization
Contribute to Core Model redesign and financial process harmonization
Align SAP transformation roadmaps with overall business strategy
Participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects, including:
-Blueprinting and functional design
-System configuration and RICEFW coordination
-Functional and integration testing
-Cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
Maintain accurate project documentation (process flows, specs, test scripts, user guides)
Train and mentor junior consultants on SAP FICO best practices
Key Requirements
510 years of experience in international SAP implementation projects
Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and integration with Supply Chain
Proven experience leading workshops and translating business requirements into solutions
Strategic mindset with ability to align IT solutions to business objectives
Experience with Signavio and/or Tricentis is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Amenable to working onsite in McKinley, Taguig (3 days/week, mid-shift)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment
