Be part of a high‑calibre SAP delivery team supporting HR and workforce management transformation for enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand. Work on modern SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off landscapes and help deliver accurate, intuitive, and compliant HR solutions at scale.

The Opportunity

Join a collaborative SAP delivery environment where you will design, configure, and enhance SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off solutions. This hands‑on role spans configuration, data modelling, leave rule design, integrations, testing, and client-facing advisory. You'll work closely with Payroll, Time Sheet, Integration, and broader SuccessFactors teams to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end employee experience across HR and workforce management processes.

What You'll Do

  • Configure core EC components including data models, workflows, business rules, and employment structures
  • Design and implement Time Off policies, leave types, accrual rules, calendars, and statutory entitlements
  • Troubleshoot EC and Time Off issues including rules, workflows, approvals, and data inconsistencies
  • Support integrations with payroll, time systems, and third‑party platforms
  • Conduct requirement workshops and translate HR/time policies into scalable SAP configurations
  • Prepare documentation such as configuration guides, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Assist with testing cycles, cutover activities, go‑live, and ongoing functional support

Key Criteria


  • 4+ years SuccessFactors EC experience and 3+ years hands‑on Time Off configuration
  • Strong understanding of EC data models, business rules, workflows, and position management
  • Experience creating complex Time Off rules, accrual logic, carryover, and statutory leave requirements
  • Working knowledge of integrations with Payroll/ECP or third‑party time systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability across EC/Time Off processes
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with client stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, cross‑functional delivery teams

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Perth hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT) with a remote work setup
