We are looking for a SeniorSAP BO Technical Specialist to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of BI applications and API platforms across global business domains. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, data flow analysis, platform monitoring, and supporting businesscritical reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support BI & API platforms primarily SAP BO and SAP Business Intelligence
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and resolve complex incidents.
- Monitor BI schedules, data loads, platform health, and API services.
- Trace data issues using advanced SQL across multiple systems.
- Document procedures, create L1/L2 guides, and support shiftleft initiatives.
- Provide crossdomain BI support (Finance, Manufacturing, Enterprise BI).
- Improve processes, automation, monitoring, and operational reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customeroriented mindset.
- Advanced SQL expertise.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with QlikView/Qlik Sense, SSAS, SSIS, SSMS.
- Experience troubleshooting BI systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- ITSM/ticketing system experience.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred:
- ITIL certification
- AWS/Elasticsearch/Talend exposure
- enterprise BI environment experience.
