Job Description

The Opportunity

  • Develop & deliver solutions: Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) in alignment with best practices.
  • Engage clients & stakeholders: Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate systems: Connect Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Support platform adoption: Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, usability, and security.
  • Contribute to technical proposals: Assist with solution design, demos, and technical content for client presentations.
  • Lead & mentor: Guide other developers, provide governance, and share technical knowledge to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stay current: Keep up to date with Salesforce features, product roadmaps, and third-party applications, recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting & maintaining Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, preferably in a Managed Services or offshore support
  • Proven experience providing post go-live support for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (including CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Order Management & Billing) & Sales Cloud for opportunity & pipeline management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including:

Product, Price Book & Pricing maintenance

Quote & proposal configuration

Contract & Order management

Billing operations & amendments

Renewal, subscription & revenue recognition processes

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms.
  • Ability to triage & resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, & deliver minor enhancements & configuration changes (flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Tableau CRM & Salesforce standard reports & dashboards.
  • Ability to produce & maintain technical documentation, including change email templates, quote templates, logs, configuration notes & test scripts.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with onshore teams, including consultants, developers & client business users.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills with proficiency in status reporting & issue escalation.
