- What you will be doing
- Unlock what's possible. We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team to help propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking and consultation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements through deployment.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and review technical deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure technical resources are aligned to project goals.
- Collaborate with onshore project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with onshore Technical leads on technical position forecasting and fullfillment
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Bachelor degree level or higher
- At least 8 years experience working with Salesforce
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good understanding of integration patterns, clean code and architecture, and designing for fault tolerance
- Ability to deliver quality design documentation like System Integration Specifications
- Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Develop and deliver code and configuration to the highest quality, ensuring appropriate standards and processes are followed.
