DXC Practice for Salesforce has experts in all Salesforce technologies to architect, deliver, and maintain solutions that provide innovative customer experiences. In addition to the deep Salesforce and industry expertise within the practice, other industry and technical experts within DXC are regularly leveraged to deliver best in class solutions, and a lower and more predictable cost environment.

What you will be doing
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements through deployment.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and review technical deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure technical resources are aligned to project goals.
Collaborate with onshore project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Work closely with onshore Technical leads on technical position forecasting and fullfillment
Mandatory Skills Description:
Bachelor degree level or higher
At least 8 years experience working with Salesforce
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good understanding of integration patterns, clean code and architecture, and designing for fault tolerance
Ability to deliver quality design documentation like System Integration Specifications
Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
Develop and deliver code and configuration to the highest quality, ensuring appropriate standards and processes are followed.
Working in an Agile project delivery environment
