The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (required)
- Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (required)
- Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns (required)
- Hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and relational database concepts
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git/Bitbucket), and Salesforce DX
- Solid background working in Agile/Scrum environments across full SDLC
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications
- Experience with Data Cloud or advanced Salesforce ecosystems
- Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React)
- Experience in high-scale, enterprise Salesforce environments

- Lead architectural design ensuring scalability, performance, and multi-cloud best practices
- Own mission-critical bi-directional integrations with external systems
- Define and enforce coding standards while mentoring junior and mid-level developers
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security risks
Design and Development
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools
- Translate complex business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
- Serve as technical lead for project initiatives ensuring architectural integrity
Integration and Data
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Oversee data migration, transformation, and cleansing to maintain data integrity
Quality and Mentorship
- Conduct code reviews and enforce governance best practices
- Design and execute unit, integration, and system testing
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and administrators
DevOps and Maintenance
- Manage SDLC using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Diagnose and resolve complex application and production issues
