- Participate in requirements gathering with client, analyze and review business functional and technical requirements
- Develop and manage Salesforce applications including CPQ
- Perform hands-on technical implementation with a focus on configuration or customization
- Design, configure price rules, discounts and bundles, quote templates, product selection, and pricebook
- Observe best practice for Salesforce development
- Demonstrate rich knowledge on CPQ object models
- Setup of orders, contracts, renewals, amendments and subscriptions
- Implement profile security, CPQ permissions, record types, business processes and data flows
- Understanding and creation of APIs that would cater to data flow if CPQ relevant data and custom UI development to allow for a differentiated CPQ UI as needed.
- Able to train junior teammates
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities
Qualifications
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
- At least 4 years CPQ project experience
- Agile methodology
- Effective English communication and confident in direct interaction with onshore
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
