Summary of Role
We are seeking two AI Implementation Specialists (one Senior, one Junior) to join our team immediately. You will drive high-resolution AI agent deployments using Intercom (Fin) and integrate these solutions into complex environments, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk, to transform client support operations.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Strategic AI Deployment: Configure and optimize Intercom AI agents to maintain industry-leading resolution rates and exceptional user experiences.
- Systems Integration: Architect and implement seamless connections between 3rd-party AI tools and core CRM infrastructures like Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, or Zendesk.
- Consultative Delivery: Provide strategic guidance to clients migrating from native AI solutions (e.g., Einstein) to specialized, high-performance 3rd-party agents.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Ensure high-fidelity data flow between helpdesk platforms and AI layers to maintain system integrity.
