We're looking for a sales leader who doesn't just close deals, but builds empires. If you're a growth-focused go-getter who can speak the language of CEOs, CMOs, and CTOs and if you get fired up about solving complex business needs this is your moment.


What You'll Own

  • Be the architect of high-impact sales strategies that elevate Simply Source across global markets.
  • Generate elite leads and build meaningful relationships across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and beyond.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for services including EOR, tech development, marketing campaigns, and SDR outsourcing.
  • Solve problems like a pro by consulting with clients on their challenges and tailoring custom outsourcing solutions.
  • Champion innovation, bring fresh, bold tactics to cut through the market noise and win attention.
  • Inspire others, sharing your expertise to elevate our sales culture and mentor team members.


What Sets You Apart

  • 8+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition (bonus if it's in outsourcing, tech, or marketing).
  • Sharp communicator and natural closer you speak the language of value, not just features.
  • Global mindset confident pitching and negotiating with decision-makers across time zones and cultures.
  • Strategic, analytical, and hungry always looking to grow pipeline, exceed targets, and make an impact.
  • Bonus if you've sold EOR, RPO, or BPO services, or led accounts in digital marketing or tech.
