We are hiring for a Senior Sales Manager.
As a Senior Sales Manager, we rely on you to:
- Support the Director of Sales to monitor sales targets.
- Help drive hotel profitability
- Lead sales team to implement the action plan
- Set monthly goals and sales plans
- Analyse the market trends and make suggestions accordingly
- Track and check sales targets constantly
- Coordinating with marketing in achieve sales targets
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
- Is a strong team player
- Has a can-do attitude
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Understands the global markets and local environment
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
