Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager REB (Office Development in Arca South) based in Taguig. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies and operations for office development projects in Arca South. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, negotiating and securing lease and sales agreements, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate development, office space leasing, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a result-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) certification is required
  • Experience in office leasing or development is a strong advantage
