Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager (Real Estate Broker) based in Taguig. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, lead a team of sales professionals, and cultivate client relationships. Responsibilities include managing performance goals, identifying market opportunities, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves fostering collaboration with internal teams to align sales objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team
  • Expertise in sales strategies, client relationship management, and business planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of the real estate market and brokerage regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector
  • Professional license as a Real Estate Broker is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics is a strong advantage
