Role Description

As Senior Sales Manager, you will Lead, Manage, and Mentor a team of Property Specialist. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales plans and strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience and track record as Sales Manager or Sales Team Lead in the Real Estate field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
REB license is preferred but not required.
