Senior Sales Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth and drive revenue performance. The role will oversee sales strategies, develop key accounts, build strong client relationships, and lead the team toward achieving business targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
• Drive new business acquisition and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead negotiations and develop proposals for major clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or other fast-paced industries is an advantage.
