Job Description

As the Key Account Manager for Excavators at Sany Philippines INC., you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the excavator and heavy equipments product line. This is a full-time position based in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, with opportunities for remote work. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our top excavator customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with key excavator accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major excavator deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximize sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Familiarity with the excavator product category and the heavy equipment industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
