As the Key Account Manager for Excavators at Sany Philippines INC., you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the excavator and heavy equipments product line. This is a full-time position based in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, with opportunities for remote work. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our top excavator customers.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with key excavator accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major excavator deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximize sales performance
- Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline
- Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Familiarity with the excavator product category and the heavy equipment industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
