Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions & incentives

About The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive based in the Philippines region who excels at cross-selling and unlocking opportunities across multiple utility products, including electricity, gas, internet, and solar. This role goes beyond just sellingit's about identifying customer needs, finding synergies, and maximizing value for both residential and business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and unlock cross-selling opportunities across electricity, gas, internet, and solar.
  • Sell tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and offering bundled services for maximum value.
  • Engage with both residential and business clients, positioning products that align with their specific needs.
  • Leverage customer interactions to expand sales opportunities, upsell additional services, and increase customer retention.
  • Hit and exceed aggressive sales targets, with uncapped earning potential.
  • Maintain a consultative sales approach, focusing on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Report directly to management, providing insights on market trends, customer behavior, and cross-selling success.
  • Receive direct mentorship and training from management to refine sales techniques and drive performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of cross-selling or upselling in utilities, telecom, or similar industries.
  • Ability to find and create opportunities, rather than just selling standalone products.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
  • Target-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding quotas and maximizing commissions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both residential and business customers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage a pipeline and close high-value deals. Comfortable with reporting directly to management and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
