Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance while assisting clients. This role requires strong sales expertise, the ability to handle complex client concerns, and consistently exceed targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients.
  • Analyze client financial situations and recommend appropriate repayment solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals
  • Handle complex objections and provide effective resolutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the system
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines
  • Provide high-level customer service and build long-term client relationships
  • Support team members by sharing best practices and contributing to overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 35 years sales experience (BPO or financial campaign preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in student loan or financial accounts is an advantage
