We're Hiring: Senior Sales Development Representative - Luxury Travel Sales!

Role Overview

This role is designed for experienced, highly polishedSenior Sales Agents.

You will managewarm, high-intent inbound leadsprovided by the client, engage with affluent customers, and guide them through a multi-step consultative sales process in the top-tier hospitality and experience industry. No lead generation or cold calling is required.

The role requires strong consultative selling skills, refined communication, and confidence when dealing withhigh-profile, senior, and high-net-worth travellers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consultative Selling

  • Engage with warm inbound leads retirees, executives, affluent families, and HNWIs seeking luxury travel experiences.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations.
  • Present curated travel options across coach tours, premium river cruises, and destination wedding packages.
  • Educate clients on itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions in a clear, sophisticated manner.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients who expect high professionalism and personalized service.
  • Manage multi-week follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion.

Sales Execution

  • Convert assigned inbound leads into successful bookings within defined timelines.
  • Handle objections, clarify concerns, and guide clients toward informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and document all interactions.
  • Achieve targets for conversion rate, revenue, lead progression, and customer satisfaction.

Pipeline Management

  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously throughout 14 week sales cycles.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and proactive next steps.
  • Coordinate with operations for booking finalization and client handoff once a sale is closed.

Qualifications & Experience

Core Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in sales, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, real estate, financial advisory, asset management, or any high-ticket consultative selling.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English with a polished, neutral accent.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and senior clients.
  • Skilled in managing multi-touch, multi-week sales cycles.
  • Strong listening, recommendation, and solution-selling skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent CRM discipline.
  • Confident, professional, calm demeanour suited for a mature clientele.
  • University degree preferred, minimum Bachelor.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office-based, night-shift setup aligned to Canada time zones.
