Position Title: Senior Sage Timeslips Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Must be available to work full-time on US Pacific Time (PST)
Required Skills (Must-Have)
Candidates should only be submitted if they meet all of the following criteria:
- Senior-level, hands-on expertise in Sage Timeslips (core requirement)
- Proven experience supporting billing workflows in either:
- Accounting billing, or
- Legal/law firm billing
- Strong knowledge of timeslip entry, billing cycles, invoicing, client/matter structures, and billing administration in the relevant industry
- Ability to work independently at a senior level with minimal supervision and troubleshoot billing or timekeeping system issues
- Has Sage Timeslips expertise specifically (not general Sage knowledge)
- Possesses legal or accounting billing experience
- Can work full-time on PST hours
- Can demonstrate seniority through years of experience and examples of Timeslips responsibilities handled
