We are seeking an experiencedSenior RPA Developerto design, develop, and support automation solutions usingUiPathandMicrosoft Power Platform. The role involves endtoend ownership of automation projectsfrom process analysis and solution design to development, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance. This position requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Solution Design- Work with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and document RPA solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Review, optimize, and improve workflows for efficiency and automation readiness.
RPA Development- Develop and maintain automation workflows usingUiPath Studio,UiPath Orchestrator,Power Automate Cloud Flows, andPower Automate Desktop.
- Write, test, and enhance automation scripts to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Integrate bots with applications, APIs, SharePoint, and other business systems.
Quality Assurance & Testing- Perform functional and performance testing of automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues during development and testing phases.
- Implement preventive measures for recurring problems.
Documentation & Reporting- Prepare and maintain complete project documentation, including workflow designs, test cases, and runbooks.
- Monitor automation performance and provide regular reports.
- Track tasks, risks, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Rollout & Support- Support deployment of automation solutions across multiple markets or business units.
- Assist in resolving automation-related incidents raised by users or stakeholders.
- Ensure service continuity by collaborating with team members when needed.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing- Work closely with service managers, developers, and technical leads.
- Provide guidance and training to analysts or junior developers.
- Stay updated on RPA, Power Platform, OCR, and AI automation trends and share best practices.
Technical and Functional RequirementsMust Have- Strong experience withUiPath Studio,UiPath Orchestrator, andAutomation Hub.
- Hands-on experience withPower Automate Cloud Flows,Power Automate Desktop,SharePoint,SharePoint Lists,OneDrive, andPower BI.
- Experience designing workflows with proper exception handling, data manipulation, and reusable components.
- Experience withOCR / Document Understandingtools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, automation best practices, and integration patterns.
Good to Have- Skills inPython, C#, VB.NET, or VBS.
- Experience withGit,Azure DevOps, Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Exposure toAI/ML concepts, AI Builder, and agentic automations.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum5 yearsof experience in software development or automation.
- At least34 yearshands-on experience inUiPath RPA development.
- Experience building workflows inMicrosoft Power Automate.
- UiPath Certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
